While each group has its own format, most meetings include a welcome, check-in, a guided activity or discussion related to anxiety management, and closing reflections. Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes and are led by trained facilitators in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

No experience is necessary. Our groups welcome people at all stages of their anxiety management journey. Each group clearly indicates whether it's suitable for beginners or designed for those with more experience in specific practices.

To become a host, you'll need to complete our application process, which includes sharing your experience with anxiety management and your vision for your group. Approved hosts receive training, resources, and ongoing support from the KarmaMind community.

No, KarmaMind groups are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. Our community provides peer support and complementary practices that many find helpful alongside professional care.
