Conditions We Support
Find support and understanding for a range of mental health conditions. You are not alone.
Agoraphobia / Monophobia
Agoraphobia and monophobia are anxiety conditions rooted in a heightened sense of threat and nervous-system dysregulation. Agoraphobia commonly involves fear of places or situations where escape may feel difficult or help unavailable, while monophobia centres on intense distress when alone or separated from perceived sources of safety.
Eating Disorders
If you’re struggling with an eating disorder — whether that’s anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, or another form of disordered eating — it can feel exhausting, isolating, and overwhelming. You may feel trapped in cycles of restriction, bingeing, purging, or constant mental negotiation around food, weight, and control. It’s common to feel confused about why you can’t simply “stop,” even when part of you desperately wants to recover.
Emetophobia
Emetophobia is an anxiety disorder characterised by an intense and persistent fear of vomiting, feeling nauseous, or witnessing others vomit.
Generalised Anxiety
If you’re living with generalised anxiety disorder, it can feel as though your mind is always busy, scanning for problems, risks, or things that could go wrong. Worry may move from one topic to another — work, relationships, finances, health, the future — rarely settling long enough for you to feel truly at ease. Even during calm moments, there may be a background sense of tension, unease, or anticipation that something isn’t right.

In response, you might feel compelled to check, repeat, avoid, mentally review, seek reassurance, or perform rituals to try to reduce anxiety or prevent harm.

Pure O - HOCD, POCD, ROCD
If you’re struggling with Pure O, it can feel relentless and deeply distressing. Unlike more visible forms of OCD, Pure O is driven primarily by intrusive thoughts, images, or urges rather than obvious compulsions. These thoughts can feel shocking, frightening, or completely at odds with who you are — which is exactly why they cause so much distress.
Self Harm
Self-harm is often a response to overwhelming emotional responses, but there are much better ways to manage intense feelings. We know how isolating self-harm can feel, but we’ve helped many thousands of people find genuine relief, and we're here to help you too.
Social Anxiety Disorder
Social Anxiety Disorder involves a persistent fear of social situations where a person feels they may be judged, evaluated, or embarrassed. This fear is not a reflection of weakness or personality, but a learned nervous-system response that perceives social interaction as a threat. Social Anxiety Disorder symptoms may include intense self-consciousness, physical anxiety responses, avoidance of social or professional situations, and ongoing anticipatory worry, often leading to isolation and reduced occupational or academic performance.

"I could not recommend KarmaMind enough. I've had generalised anxiety since I was 11 years old and I'm 27 now, and it took this long for me to find the right method. Well worth the money. I'm now on the road to recovery. "
